1. Purpose and scope
These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") govern the distance sale, by electronic means, of digital services offered by IMPERATRIZILOVEYOU, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (S.L.U.) (hereinafter "IMMIKRATOS", "we" or "the Seller"), Spanish Tax ID (NIF) B76315498, with registered office at Calle Lomo Platero 1, 35470 La Aldea de San Nicolás, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, España, through the website https://immikratos.com.
The GTS apply to any purchase made by any adult natural person (hereinafter "the Consumer" or "the User") acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession, in accordance with article 3 of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 (TRLGDCU — Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
Validation of payment entails full, express and unreserved acceptance of these GTS.
2. Service description
IMMIKRATOS is a web platform and Progressive Web App (PWA) for preparing official citizenship exams of 28 countries (France, Germany, Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Norway).
The service includes: 1,800+ official questions, timed mock exams, AI voice coach, gamified progress tracking, multilingual access in 89 languages, and offline PWA access.
The service is DIGITAL in nature and provided entirely electronically. No physical medium is delivered.
3. Price and payment terms
The price of the "Lifetime access" service is TWENTY-FIVE EUROS (€25.00), VAT included, one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
The price is displayed in euros (€) and includes all applicable taxes. The applied VAT rate is the one in force in Spain on the date of purchase, in accordance with Spanish VAT Law 37/1992 and the MOSS regime for cross-border electronic services.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, all processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., with TLS 1.3 encryption and PCI-DSS Level 1 certification.
The Seller never stores the User's banking data: the transaction is handled entirely by Stripe.
An electronic invoice is automatically issued after payment and sent to the User's email.
4. Delivery and service execution
Access to the service is activated IMMEDIATELY after payment confirmation by Stripe, by creating an account linked to the User's email.
Access is permanent ("lifetime") in the commercial sense: as long as the IMMIKRATOS platform is operational, with no contractual time limit. Should the Seller cease activity, the User shall be notified with a reasonable notice period in accordance with article 115 bis TRLGDCU.
No deferred delivery time exists: performance starts upon payment, subject to express acceptance by the User (see clause 5).
5. Right of withdrawal — 14 days (articles 102 to 108 TRLGDCU)
In accordance with article 102 of the Spanish TRLGDCU, the Consumer has a period of FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS, from the date of conclusion of the contract (payment), to withdraw without justification or penalty.
How to exercise it: send an unambiguous notice to imperatriziloveyou@pm.me before the deadline expires (you may use the model withdrawal form in Annex B of the TRLGDCU, available at the bottom of this page). The Seller will acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours.
Effects of withdrawal: the Seller shall refund the full amount paid within a MAXIMUM OF 14 CALENDAR DAYS from receipt of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the Consumer (art. 107.1 TRLGDCU), at no cost to the Consumer.
LEGAL EXCEPTION — Digital content (art. 103.m TRLGDCU): the right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium IF performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the Consumer and acknowledgement that they THEREBY LOSE THEIR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
Accordingly, at the time of payment, the User must expressly tick the following box: "I request immediate execution of the service and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment I access the questions". As long as the User HAS NOT accessed any question or premium content, they FULLY RETAIN their right of withdrawal.
6. Legal warranty of conformity (art. 114-126 TRLGDCU)
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the service for a period of THREE (3) YEARS from the date of payment, in accordance with article 120 TRLGDCU.
In case of lack of conformity, the Consumer may demand, at their choice: bringing into conformity (repair or replacement by a compliant service), an appropriate price reduction, or termination of the contract with full refund.
The burden of proof of conformity lies with the Seller during the FIRST TWO (2) YEARS (art. 121.1 TRLGDCU).
7. Liability and limitations
The IMMIKRATOS service is a preparation tool for the official citizenship exam. It in no way replaces the official exam, the organisation of which falls exclusively to the competent national authorities of each country.
The Seller does not guarantee that the User will pass the official exam, which depends on many personal, linguistic and administrative factors outside the Seller's control.
The Seller's liability is limited, in any case and in accordance with general law, to the amount actually paid by the Consumer (€25), except in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints: any complaint may be sent to imperatriziloveyou@pm.me. The Seller shall respond in writing within ONE (1) MONTH of receipt, in accordance with article 21.3 TRLGDCU.
Alternative dispute resolution: in case of persistent disagreement, the Consumer may refer the matter to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013.
Competent authority: the General Directorate for Consumer Affairs of the Spanish Government (https://www.consumo.gob.es) and the Canary Islands Department of Economy supervise the Seller's activity.
Applicable law and jurisdiction: these GTS are governed by Spanish law. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the Consumer's domicile are competent (art. 90.2 TRLGDCU), without prejudice to mandatory EU law.
9. Personal data protection
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

Purposes: service provision, invoicing, transactional communications, compliance with legal and tax obligations.
User rights (art. 15-22 GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and the right not to be subject to automated decisions. They can be exercised free of charge by email at imperatriziloveyou@pm.me.
The User may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): https://www.aepd.es.

10. Amendments and miscellaneous
The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTS at any time. The applicable GTS are those in force on the date of purchase.
The possible invalidity of one clause shall not affect the validity of the others.
The reference language of these GTS is Spanish. The French and English versions are provided for your convenience and, in case of contradiction, the Spanish version shall prevail under Spanish law (art. 8 TRLGDCU).
